St. Benedict Preparatory School Parent Ambassadors play an active role in the growth of the school through participation in recruitment and retention activities. Parent Ambassadors connect and build relationships with current families, prospective families, and the St. Benedict Prep community. Any current school parent can become a Parent Ambassador. Ambassadors meet on an “as needed” basis to schedule and coordinate activities.
Parent Ambassadors:
Participate in school tours and open house events to provide a parent perspective
Promote St. Benedict Prep Early Childhood program to local daycare centers
Assist with outreach to local businesses for marketing opportunities (parks, libraries, doctor and dentist offices, specialty stores, community bulletin boards, realtors, etc.)
Assist with the coordination of Admission and Retention events

Sign up to be an Open House volunteer! We’re excited to announce our upcoming Open House and would love your help to make it a success! We are looking for tour guide and floater parent volunteers to assist during the event.
As a tour guide, you’ll help showcase our school and share insights with visiting families. Floaters will be available to assist wherever needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
