Medical Requirements for the Start of the School Year  

Please see the information below if you have an incoming Kindergarten, Second Grade, or Sixth Grade student. There are some medical physicals and examinations that MUST be completed before the start of the new school year. Students will not be allowed into school without proof of these examinations.
