Admissions Process for
Grades 1-5
Schedule a tour or attend an Open House
Submit the online application, including teacher & administrator recommendation forms, academic records, and the $125 non-refundable application fee. The online application can be found under the Admissions drop-down.
If a student has been diagnosed with a learning disability and/or requires special classroom accommodations, parents or guardians need to provide a copy of the student evaluation/IEP/504 plan to be reviewed by SBPS before the admissions process can continue
Interview with Head of Lower School School Grades Pre-K-3
When school is in session, prospective student spends a “Shadow Day” at SBPS (required for Grades 3-5; strongly encouraged for Grades 1 & 2)
Family will be notified of acceptance/denial once the admissions process is complete
