Admissions Process for
Middle School Grades 6-8

  • Schedule a tour or attend an open house.

  • Submit the online application, including the teacher & administrator recommendation forms, academic records, and the $125 non-refundable application fee. The online application can be found under the Admissions drop-down.

  • If a student has been diagnosed with a learning disability and/or requires special classroom accommodations, parents or guardians need to provide a copy of the student evaluation/IEP/504 plan to be reviewed by the SBPS Inclusion Team before the admissions process can continue.

  • Interview with the Head of Middle School.

  • When school is in session, the prospective student spends a “shadow day” at SBPS.

  • Family will be notified of acceptance or denial once the admissions process is complete.
